The CTR®9 fully automatic welder comes with a new, revolutionizing light-weight transformer gun. With its 355° swivel handle and ergo-grip, it enables perfect working positions for anyone, for any job. The gun is supported by a telescopic arm in a durable and lightweight extruded aluminum that can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally. A compact power unit with a low center of gravity gives mobility and stability, a 16000-amp transformer and CANBUS communication ensure a perfect weld every time!
The CTR 9 is Car-O-Liners newest advancement in the resistance welding market and is designed and certified with EOS (ergonomic observation system). The CTR 9 offers many ergonomic advancements over other STRSW such as a light weight, double rotating gun and handle with a telescoping support arm to counter balance the welding gun.

The CTR 9 is a 16,000 amp welder with automatic recognition of the welding arms which eliminates technician input and mistakes. While 16,000 amps is not currently required for the North American marketplace, the higher specifications allows the welder to be used in a lower output range (versus MAX) greatly enhancing the longevity of the welder.
Weld documentation is easily attained with the CTR 9 as this feature is built in and includes software for your PC., Capable of welding all steel materials regardless of grade, hardness or thickness in automatic mode.
