The new TCX645HD is built from the same strong all-purpose platform as the
TCX643HD, but offers several new advantages.
The TCX645HD now features a hydraulic shuttle for the tool arm. This shuttle
saves the operator effort when repositioning the tool arm from front side of rim to the back side.
- Standard with every TCX645HD is the previously optional skidder clamp. This clamp is a huge assist in servicing many tougher assemblies.
- The TCX645HD also offers an optional wireless controller kit. This kit allows the operator unhindered movement of the control console.

- Powerful and Efficient - 3527-lb. (1600-kg) capacity spindle head lifts the wheel into position. - Power pump runs only when the tire changer is in use
- Safety and ease-of-use- Hydraulic platform moves the wheel into the clamp – a must for larger, heavy tires - NEW Toolarm hydraulic shuttle saves time and effort
- Tulip-style clamp- Two-speed rotation operates clockwise and counter-clockwise -- Two-speed rotation operates clockwise and counter-clockwise
- Mount and demount with ease- Position the wheel pliers and roll the first bead onto the rim
